Lithium battery charging precautions:
★ The ambient temperature range during charging is 0~+45°C;
★ The charging current shall not exceed the specification code current, generally not exceeding 2C;
★ A battery that has bulging, deformation, leakage, or a voltage lower than 2.8V cannot be charged; the temperature of the battery before charging at room temperature must not exceed 40 ° C;
★ The upper limit voltage of charging shall not exceed 4.22V, and the surface temperature of the battery body shall not be higher than 45 °C after charging at room temperature;
★ It is recommended to use a charger that is produced by a regular manufacturer and has a reliable quality. The battery pack recommends a charger with a balanced function.
Lithium battery discharge precautions:
★ The temperature range during discharge is -20~+60°C
★ The discharge current must not exceed the specification mark current
★ A battery that has bulging, deformation, leakage, or voltage difference ≥30mV cannot be discharged.
★ The lower limit voltage of the discharge shall not be lower than 3.0V (single-cell battery). After the large current discharge, the voltage difference of each cell of the battery pack shall not exceed 150mv, and the surface temperature shall not exceed 80°C.
Other precautions for lithium batteries:
★ Non-professionals should not dissect the battery core, otherwise it may cause an internal short circuit.
Inducing gas, fire and other problems;
★ A polymer lithium battery does not theoretically have a flowing electrolyte, but if it leaks into the skin, eyes or other parts of the body, it should be immediately
★ Rinse the electrolyte with clean water and seek medical attention immediately.
★ Under no circumstances should the battery be burned or put into the fire, otherwise it will cause the battery to burn. This is very dangerous and should be absolutely prohibited.
★ Do not soak the battery in liquids, such as fresh water, sea water, beverages (juice coffee, etc.).
